Runs in any phone browser with nothing to install from a store, and installs to the home screen like an app. If the signal drops while an inspector is completing an inspection, the submission and its photos are held on the device and sent as soon as the connection returns. Photos auto-compress to around 300 KB. The app needs connectivity to open and load your assets, so it does not yet start a fresh inspection with no signal at all.
