Property management
Show landlords, tenants, and insurers the full picture, without giving them a login.
Property compliance inspection software for block managers and lettings agents: gas safety, EICR, fire doors and Legionella, every renewal cycle. Hovermarks keeps each building's compliance record current and ties every entry to the appliance, door or outlet it belongs to. Landlords receive branded PDF reports with the inspector's sign-off.
The challenges we hear most often
- Compliance evidence scattered across drives and email
- Annual safety reports that expire silently
- Tenant and landlord queries that consume the back office
- A freeholder or buyer asking for the evidence pack at short notice

Use case
How a managing agent would use it
A managing agent onboarding a residential portfolio can prove statutory compliance to the freeholder during handover. Each block's records go out as a branded PDF or an auditor pack covering the period, instead of zipped folders, and back-office time is freed up from chasing reports. When a certificate is about to lapse, the reminder goes to the person who books the engineer, and when the engineer's report arrives it is filed against the appliance or door it covers, so the record is current the next time a landlord asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
- What does property compliance software do?
- It gives each building a compliance dashboard fed by the checks done on its appliances, doors, lifts and outlets. Renewal reminders fire on the cycle each regulation sets, and, with the public status panel switched on, scanning any tagged asset shows when it was last examined and when the next is due, without a login.
- Can landlords and insurers see the evidence without an account?
- Yes, in two ways. With the public status panel switched on, anyone who scans a tagged asset sees when it was last examined and when the next examination is due. For the full record, you send the branded PDF report, or an auditor pack covering the period, which they read with no account.
- How much does it cost?
- From £15 per user per month on Starter and £39 on Professional, with a 30-day free trial and no card required. People who scan tags or read an auditor pack you send them never take a seat.
